Fraudsters can now generate convincing fake logos, websites, and even voice or video impersonations of executives within hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe opportunities for less tech-savvy bad actors will continue to grow,\u201d McConnel warns. \u201cThey\u2019re only limited by their imagination.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The growing importance of domain protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Domains remain one of the most common entry points for IP theft. Organizations with digital governance teams\u2014bringing together legal, IT, marketing, and security\u2014show stronger monitoring practices and faster response to infringement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The path forward: Proactive, not reactive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the report concludes, IP protection can no longer be reactive.
