The German Registry, DENIC, recently announced plans to release nine short domain names. These domain names were previously blocked due to temporary injunctions. The domains being released are:<\/p>\n

.dw.de
\n.e.de
\n.f.de
\n.g.de
\n.hr.de
\n.sr.de
\n.x.de
\n.y.de
\n.z.de<\/p>\n

Registration of these names will take place on January 12, 2011 and will follow DENIC\u2019s first come, first served principle. Each domain name has an individual form, submission period, and fax number to submit applications. CSC will be offering registration services for these names.
